What are the best digital cameras (not those big advance ones) $250 or less?

i got the Nikon Coolpix S570 for 200 and maybe return it if a better ones out there
and the camera also having good pic and vids
is the sony DSC-W290/B good?

Canon PowerShot SD780IS12.1 MP with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.5-inch LCD is a good choice for. Good picture quality & also take HD video.

or if you don't mind size Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H20/B 10.1 MP with 10x Optical Zoom and Super Steady Shot Image Stabilization is a great zoom camera to get.Sharp & clear picture, 720p high-definition movie capture
