I want buy digital camera (canon ixus 100),is there better ( brand or type) in this case? thanks?

You would get a tad better battery life and also a tad better "next shot delay" by buying the IXUS 95 IS. It's probably a bit cheaper also.
You Might consider the Fuji S1500. 12X optical zoom, 10 megapixels, has very good image quality sames as IXUS 100 or 95, and the Fuji is also very good on batteries.
