okay i have this brad new camera like a year old and the shutter or the lens i dont know what they call it but its not coming out help..plz tell my what should i do....can i fix it??

Sadly, a one-year old camera is not "brad" new anymore. Those little P&S cameras aren't built to last. Is it a Kodak?
You could try to have it repaired, but chances are, it will cost more than to buy a new one.
P.S. it is the lens you are referring to, not the shutter.
